KREATIVE DESIGNS


PROCESSING:

Orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours unless otherwise stated. Because many items are made to order, processing times may vary during drops, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING:

We currently ship Monday through Thursday to help avoid packages sitting over the weekend.

Orders placed later in the week may be shipped the following business week or 1 day shipping must be selected at checkout.

All shipped orders are sent through USPS or UPS. Once your order has been dropped off and accepted by the carrier, tracking information will be provided. 

Shipping speed is selected at checkout when available. Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

Seller is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Seller is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by USPS or UPS.

If an issue comes up, please contact USPS or UPS directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist you with any issues and/or concerns when as it relates to your package. We do not however have any control over the postal service delivering your package.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Seller offers local delivery within 50 miles. Delivery options and destination details are selected at checkout.

Delivery orders must be submitted by 12:00 PM the day before delivery. Any late orders will roll over to the next available delivery date.

LOCAL PICK UP:

Local pickup is available. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for pickup orders.

Once your order is ready, a text will be sent to the phone number entered at checkout with your confirmed pickup date and time slot. Pickup orders are only confirmed once payment has been completed.

WARM WEATHER / PRODUCT CARE

Some items may be sensitive to heat during warmer months. We do our best to package orders appropriately, but Kreative Designs is not responsible for melting or texture changes caused during transit or by packages being left outside after delivery.

Please be sure to bring your package inside as soon as it arrives.

HEAT SENSITIVE ITEMS

Certain items, including but not limited to waxmelts, candles, chocolate-covered and cream-based treats, are heat-sensitive and may melt, soften, or arrive with texture changes during transit. These items may require special shipping arrangements, local delivery, or may be unavailable for shipment depending on weather conditions and destination.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

To maintain product quality, Kreative Designs reserves the right to cancel an order, delay shipment, adjust the shipping method, offer local delivery when available, or contact the buyer to discuss alternative options for orders containing heat-sensitive items. If an item is not suitable for shipment under the selected method, we may reach out before fulfilling the order.

QUALITY STANDARD

We want every order to arrive in a condition that reflects our brand standards. If a selected shipping method is not appropriate for a particular item, Kreative Designs may recommend a different delivery option to protect the quality of your order.

FINAL SALE

Due to the nature of our products, all shipped orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise noted.
